Pros
There isn't anything that is outstanding. Benefits is comparable to other SME out there.
Cons
1) Workload is huge - You are expected to self learn most of the times and find solutions to solve the issues. It is difficult to work with some of the clients that expects high ROI from the projects and have to deal with countless of blaming by clients and need to deliver the expectation to managements. Thus, it is difficult. 2) Have to state reasons for all types of leave, be it Medical leave or Annual Leave. Even if you are on Annual Leave, it is difficult to fully enjoy your day as you have work to do. 3) Typical SME benefits, if you are looking for career progressions and well paid salary, please think twice. 4) High Learning Steep curve and fast paced as turnover rate is insane high due to the KPI and also meet the expectations of clients and management. 5) Have a weekly meeting on monday to talk about what you have done for the previous week, which can seems as quite micromanaged and it is difficult to achieve the target set by management at times. Lastly, if you are keen in ecommerce industry and looking for a start, you can consider working over here to gain some experiences first. But if you are experienced, it is better for you to go to other firms instead. If you are looking for high salary, please go to other firms as well as there is no bonus, the increment of the salary is insufficient to fight with the inflation considering the amount of work load.
