      "Poor excuse for a contracting company"

      Pros

      Health benefits were fair. There is not much else to say positive in my experience when working for this company.

      Cons

      Practically no HR. Communication starting from the top is very poor. No recognition of any accomplishments or achievements. Pretty much invisible, they exist to place people in positions and collect money from you work.

      Pros

      Grassroot company with boutique attitude. Hiring process moved fairly swiftly though the recruiting firm is not knowledgeable.

      Cons

      HR: benefits(pay is not market compatible) are horrible and HR staff is not knowledgeable. Very high turn-over rate, extremely high. PTO is less than half a day per pay (wth). A spin-off company from the parent company and the industry knowledge is less than sub-par.
