      Complete Chaos! Not sure of what platform to settle on. So many different directions in 5 years. Leadership came from CHOP not able to think outside Hospital mentality. Existing leaders made wrong decisions and just follow who ever throws the breadcrumbs.

      See the Pros It is a complete disaster. The CIO is a salesman not a tech guy, their tech angel finds tech from Reddit post, their info sec is being run by interns, they have fired most (needed but have no clue)

      Toxic Work Environment with No Way to Grow - Stay Away!

      The benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      This has been one of the most toxic workplaces I've experienced in my career. People are promoted based on loyalty, rather than skill set, and managers seem more interested in playing petty mind games with than actually getting anything done. For most people there is no where to go - so don't expect growth or career advancement from this place. Truly terrible. This is where people come to completely stagnate and die. Unless you are truly desperate for work, stay away!!

      The company has good benefits...

      Cons

      There is no real room for advancement, management needs leadership classes. There is not much leadership that take place. Everybody knows everybody business, especially if you ever had to go to HR for anything. Its very close knitted in a bad way.
