Pros

High profile projects for A-list clients that you won't see in an award show or the industry press, but which are shaping the real world out there. Smart people having a go and usually coming out with something great. Fun culture - sometimes relaxed, sometimes intense - that prizes entrepreneurship, commercial savvy and character. All of this smashed together with a creative agency parent company that is starting to yield some weird and wonderful outcomes.

Cons

Flies under the radar, many people haven't heard of the company even within consulting or agency circles. Has grown quickly but hasn't always grown up! This is actually a good thing most of the time but with half a dozen offices and almost 100 people there could be more structure.

Pros

-Nice, smart colleagues to work with. Equal and straight talking culture among different levels. I really enjoy the brainstorming session that everyone collaborates in it. -High-profile clients from different industries. Can get exposed to high-quality projects. The results are really good. I think it's building up its reputation. -Flexible and supportive working environment and good work-life balance. -Great learning opportunities for people who are proactive, want to drive innovation and have entrepreneurial spirits! -Different from traditional consultancy, you will enjoy the interesting jobs dealing with big data.

Cons

-Not big name in consultancy industry. -Sometimes not so structural. -At its growth stage and needs more clear positioning to build up its image against its parent company iris-worldwide. -Sometimes hard to develop new clients
