      Pros

      - Most colleagues are nice - Higher ownership than other consulting firms, but it also has severe drawbacks

      Cons

      - Very bad work-life balance. Being available in US hours and on weekends is expected by leadership; most Indian employees end up working post-midnight, and can't escape it - No health insurance provided by the company - Inferior leave policy than other consulting firms. Only 20 leaves, 5 sick + 15 earned; Unused leaves can't be carried over to next year; Leaves must be approved by managers well in advance - Zero variety in terms of industries and clients, the company website exaggerates the type of work; Only works in financial services, and 85-90% of work comes just from a single client
