Pros

Although there is a management structure, I've been treated very much as an equal. Everyone I met and worked with has been approachable and supportive. As I live outside of London, being able to work from home is great benefit.

Cons

So far I have to say my experience is all positive.

Pros

I joined a year ago after coming from a really toxic environment, and honestly, the difference has been night and day. From day one, the people have been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely kind, it makes such a huge difference to actually look forward to logging on. Definitely a sense of collaboration rather than competition. The work itself can definitely be busy (everyone feels that), but it’s the kind of busy that feels meaningful and fulfilling. There’s a strong sense of purpose, and I’ve even had opportunities to stretch myself with interesting projects beyond my usual BAU too. It’s somewhere I’ve felt challenged, trusted, and appreciated. After what I experienced in my last role, I can honestly say this has been a breath of fresh air. - Great Benefits - Great Colleagues/Peers - Meaningful / Fulfilling Work

Cons

Pace intense at times: the workload is high, and there’s always something going on, which can be energising but also a bit overwhelming if you’re not used to a fast-paced environment. Growing pains: as the company scales and evolves, some processes and structures are still catching up or being figured out. Busy calendars: with so many exciting projects / moving parts, it can be easy to become overbooked if you're not managing your time carefully. Communication & transparency: Areas that need improvement. Sometimes information doesn’t flow consistently, or updates come late (or not at all in some cases). There’s definitely a willingness to improve, but stronger and more consistent communication would really help everyone stay better connected.
