Pros

Able to work remote, learn a lot about recruiting

Cons

After 9 years of employment was surprised and disheartened by being laid off after nearly a decade of hard work and commitment especially after having a major surgery and over week long hospital stay 2 weeks prior of being let go.

Pros

Good Benefits - they know healthcare is important in an environment this toxic.

Cons

The private equity firm that owns the company crushed any remaining good the company had to offer. Compensation for support staff is embarrassingly below industry standards for the same roles in similar locations. The Dallas office - avoid if at all possible. Kingsley Gate earns zero stars for compensation, career advancement, culture, senior management, and work life balance but Glassdoor prohibits '0' stars as a rating.
