      None that come to mind

      Cons

      Work could be rewarding if the company actually knew what it wanted to do to be when it matures. In its current situation, I could not, in good faith, recommend anyone to apply or work here. Too robotic for true transformation, with very little experience in actual consulting. It is a "take what you get" kind of agency. The story is good to get you there, but buyer beware once you start. If you are a mid/senior or principal level resource, would not advise applying.

      None, this was the worst job experience I have ever had.

      Management does not listen to employees and likes to have what we call fire drill Fridays where they make up issues that do not exist

Overall, it’s a great place to work where people are encouraged to grow and contribute. The culture also emphasizes humility and collaboration. The company values learning, contributing, and working together and to me it’s a great place to EARN a living
