Kevin Warner is the worst person to work with. He just thinks about money, you're not a person for him, you're just a tool to make money. He doesn't have an ounce of people skills or emotional intelligence. If you need a job, please look elsewhere.
If you’re coming from a traditional sales job, this place is a neat way to jump into tech. The people here are super friendly and make learning the new stuff easier. Even though we can’t work from home, the office vibe is cool, and there's always something new to learn about tech sales. It’s different from traditional sales, but in a good way that keeps you on your toes.
Cons
Switching to selling tech by booking meetings instead of direct selling is a bit of a change. The goals they set for us are pretty big and not what I’m used to. Also, I wish we got more feedback from our bosses about how we’re doing. They talk about moving up and getting better positions, but I’m still figuring out how that works.
The company recently changed from an overseas SDR team to building one in the States. I personally enjoy the office because you are learning directly from the founder and executive team, there aren't any middle managers, and there is a lot of room to perform on your own while still getting coaching.
The experience has been fantastic.
Cons
1) The difficulty of hitting the quota depends a lot on the client you're assigned.
2) Individual growth plans would be nice for each quarter
