Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all.

Terrible place to work. Still have work place PTSD from the owner of this company charging at me (a woman) with fists balled as if to fight me. Because I gave him attitude …meanwhile the pretty girl in the room could speak however she wanted whenever she wanted to and was also allowed to make racist remarks while the owner laughed. Ridiculous.
