Everything one reads online is carefully curated to give the right aura of a great boutique firm. After all, it's a very traditional marketing firm. - Turnover is so high, the org has been stuck for over a decade in the same tiny office. Could be as high as 50% over a few years. - High degree of tokenism - Employees often 'disappear' and become not employed (analyst - principle). The best way to better understand the firm and whether you might be a good fit is to ask FORMER employees.
