Pros

Good benefits. Nice employees and co-workers are very friendly and helpful. Decent start pay.

Cons

Micromangers. People there get a bit of power and expect you to fall at their feet jump when they say. They do not care for employees feelings or health. Overwork you outside your title. No HR support at all, so you can't even go there for help. Moving up and salary is based off of friendships and not work ethic.

Pros

The salary was the only good thing

Cons

This is a horrible place of employment. They do not care about their employees lives outside of work and they do everything they can to micromanage. I would never work for this company again and would not suggest anyone else to either. Their supposed to be a work life balance company but need to act on what they preach and sell.

A tale of two companies-LifeCare and LifeMart

Pros

LifeCare offers an outsourced HR concierge solution geared towards creating work life balance. Trained specialists assist customers on a myriad of topics ranging from infant care, financial services, health related issues, elderly care, etc. These specialists are the heart and soul of the company. Their dedication keeps the train on the tracks. Wonderful to work with and a huge asset to the company.

Cons

LIfeCare offers a schlocky discount shopping service called LifeMart. There really isn't any true advantage to belong to this service other than convenience. Most offers can be found throughout the web, usually in other discount shopping programs.
