Pros
Fast paced, exciting environment and good people to share it with. NBC literally came in a few years ago and filmed a pilot project. Can’t say that about many places!
Cons
When Congress is in session or bills moving it can get pretty busy, but things calm down after.

Unique business model and great clients to work with. Free lunch once a week. Firm outings like paintball tournaments, sporting events and retreats. Opportunity for upward mobility and career development.
Cons
Entry level positions require more hours, but still a reasonable workload.
