This company culture truly is amazing for the most part.

Cons

The lack of leadership is truly unbelievable. Long hours and no employee appreciation what so ever. They also have extremely high turnover and fire people without reasoning to save money.

The leadership staff is constantly trying to improve and learn from their mistakes to make the working environment better for all employees.

Cons

This is a typical MEP firm so deadlines are tight and working hours could be very long but that’s the business of thing, lack of communication between departments like marketing and engineering side creates a lot of problems on the jobs.
