Chronically unhappy support and clinical staff; lack of adequate training; constant turnover of clinical staff; no available clinical supervisors or support staff to answer questions; lack of communication; toxic work environment; all negative work atmosphere; little appreciation for how hard the clinical and support staff works; management staff can't be trusted and lack management experience- not enough support staff also due to high turnover rate.
