      Offer good pay at start only

      Cons

      Unprofessional and poor leadership. No strategy and plan. Extremely toxic environment. They can change pay or fire you anytime if you disagree with them. No team building events. HR never listen or reply any question. Treat employee like slave. No internal communication tool. Health insurance is for name sake, you will never get any claim. For everything you need to pay from your pocket. They take undertaking for hardware and for small scratch they ask you to play full cost of hardware.

      Very hands off approach--never heard from anyone

      Cons

      They try and tell you that you will be paid 30 after the month you just worked meaning you will have worked for two months before you get paid. That is a lot of trust to put in a company that you never see. And for good reason. Once my first pay check was coming due I was mysteriously terminated without cause and Maantic refuses to pay me.
