Don't get fooled by owner review, avoid if you can

Pros
- Nice view - Nice stack of technologies and hard working environment - Allocated money for snacks and good coffee. - Competitive salary
Cons
- They will change direction every once a while to please investors, even if it go against the startup main idea (user data privacy). - They don't recognizing hard working (late night, weekends) and will not hesitate to layoff (without a notice) once running short on money (don't get fooled by owner review pretending it happens only during COVID, personally saw that happening 4 times within a year) - No privacy, very small office shared between 2-3 devs (but you can work on common office with a nice view). - No Las Vegas trip, maybe 1-2 free lunch (don't get fooled by owner review) within 2 years of work at Datamarx.
