The company culture has changed noticeably over time, particularly following shifts in global senior leadership and operating style. Communication and transparency could be improved, and at times the environment can feel more pressure-driven and blaming rather than collaborative. There is also a perception that alignment is sometimes valued more than constructive feedback, even though healthy debate can ultimately benefit customers and the company. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs, and a number of experienced colleagues have left the organisation. In some cases, employees felt there was limited visibility into how decisions were made, which has affected morale. Some teams feel less confident about the long-term direction of the organization.

Big round of layoffs in 2025 due to a strategic misalignment. Growth led to over hiring, acquisitions led to bloated headcount. Large chunk of my "high preforming" team was let go despite hitting targets.

The role felt very isolating, as most of the team is based in the U.S., which made collaboration challenging. Unfortunately, my experience with manager significantly impacted my enjoyment of the job. Expectations that were discussed during the interview process were not upheld, and the lack of support or clear guidance made it difficult to succeed. Work-life balance was also poor — I frequently worked late and often felt stressed and overwhelmed. Although the work itself was interesting, the negative environment overshadowed the positives. When I resigned, I immediately felt a sense of relief

Frequent changed and pivoting but senior leadership listens to employees which is good.

Poor geo-expansion strategy and change communication. Regional office is not empowered for any decision making. Limited or no career progression in the regional office.
