      A company that really "gets" you.

      Pros

      - Supported and encouraged on a daily basis - Great culture and values (that are actually believed in by all and followed, not just a poster on the wall) - Opportunities for growth and learning - Genuine relationships with co-workers - Challenging and satisfying work - Very contentious of a good work/home-life balance

      - Some employees are remote and in different states, so communication can sometimes be delayed

      Pros

      MindWire is great at providing flexible and hybrid work options. Although the company operates on standard business hours, once you get through onboarding management is very accommodating and flexible to hybrid work needs including taking time off to care for family. In addition, the company maintains an amazing and supportive culture.

      Cons

      Still in somewhat of a startup age, there remains a need to systematize processes for consistency and efficiency, but this remains a strategic initiative to improve.
