      Best company, but hard to advance from entry-level

      Pros

      This is the best company I have ever worked for. You managers actually give a s*** about you, and genuinely want you to succeed and move up. They are huge on success plans and helping you get to where you need to be. Just the best

      Cons

      Hard to get in, and you must start at the bottom (unless in a specialized role) they hardly EVER hire for AE's, CSM, management or recruiting from outside.

      - The market N-able operates requires more knowledge meaning ramp time for new employees can be longer than average - Fast paced and dynamics, not a bad thing, but it requires a lean forward mindset
