      Best company, but hard to advance from entry-level

      Pros

      This is the best company I have ever worked for. You managers actually give a s*** about you, and genuinely want you to succeed and move up. They are huge on success plans and helping you get to where you need to be. Just the best

      Cons

      Hard to get in, and you must start at the bottom (unless in a specialized role) they hardly EVER hire for AE's, CSM, management or recruiting from outside.

      Pros

      Working at N-able you will be surrounded by intellectuals & winners. The leaders & the self proclaimed 'Head Nerds' are sharp. Whenever a question arises they address it & answer it in the most understandable and simple way which creates a great environment to perform consistently & strive to continue learning. SDR leaders are great people who care about the health of each player & provide them with all of the tools to be set up for success.

      Cons

      Some different options for LunchDrop on Tuesdays & Thursdays would be awesome. Maybe some more shade in the parking lot too.
