      Pros

      ESOP Colleagues Decent benefits (but no paid maternity leave)

      Cons

      Senior management is incompetent and insecure. Company promotes based on tenure rather than quality, which has been detrimental to the culture of the company. HR is highly emotional, biased, and dramatic, which does not create a secure environment for employees needing HR support.

      Terrible place to work, extremely high turnover

      Pros

      Not many. Loved the other Meeting Coordinators I worked with.

      Cons

      Micromanagement at it's finest! Desk audits are performed, where management comes around and goes thru your desk/computer with a fine-tooth comb! This screams huge lack of trust in your employees. Was very common to catch Coordinators crying in the bathroom. Turn away and RUN!!!!

      Pros

      Line level employees are smart and engaging. Benefits are nice.

      Cons

      Leadership is TERRIBLE. HR is petty and the root of most conflicts within the organization. Most middle management was put in that postition as they are "yes" men to the HR folks. Executive leadership is simply unwilling to deal with the core issues. There is very high turnover (20-30%), most folks that left could have stayed if proper engagement was made to identify issues or training was provided.
