      Pros

      Great place to get brainwashed with constant lies and sob stories of managers who steal from your commissions with two hours of brainwashing sessions you have to attend every morning that you aren't getting paid for.

      Cons

      This is a wage theft pit. Go around and ask people who do the same job with other agencies. They also constantly push you to lie. They will force you to work 12 hours a day and wont blink when they steal your money. Get a job with dignity or work with an agency that doesn't have brainwashing sessions while stealing your commissions.
