Management involvement/communication Work environment varies and is out of your control

Communication between staff engineers and senior project managers could be better. Senior project managers/project managers could be difficult to work with sometimes and weren't always understanding or reasonable. Each of them had different requirements for projects and their reports. Field work could be strenuous at times with long working hours and occasionally working through the weekend.
