It is all amazing. Great environment, amazing and caring leadership, great pace, great people, great pay! Training is one on one and you have time to learn and perfect your job.

Cons

There is not a down side.

A lot of the people working there are some of the hardest working people I've met.

Cons

I have never been treated nor have I seen others treated as poorly anywhere other than at Novad. I had more than a few employees quit because they could not handle how they were treated by a certain manager (they told me this, it isn't just a guess). Former employee by choice, I left on good terms, but I left to get away from that certain manager. Very toxic work place, hostile management, and highly ineffective.
