Lack Of strategy

Pros

Nalys is a young company with good place to work (billard, table tennis). People are really young so there is a good atmosphere

Cons

No strategy at all. only opportunistic way of thinking. The "Ad Hoc" policy is more a way to manage the perpetual mess. The founders team is disorganized.

I think our vision & strategy are quite clear but our growth lead us to take sometimes quick decisions to better serve our clients & our consultants, to try things & like every company we make mistakes but we learn. Pros

Good colleagues, great culture & values, growing company and passionate people. The adhocracy culture opens up so much opportunities, it's a very powerful model and enables anyone to find its place within the company

Cons

The freedom you have can be misleading for people that are not independant and don't have the self starting mindset... But for the ones that do, it's ideal !

Pros

Young and tight culture with many challanges As graduate you can enjoy an internal training program (when "selected")

Cons

Pretending to be different but actually not so different from the average consultancy company and currently evolving to become even more so. Internal organisation is not on point. This will probably not change since the internal staf doesnt stay longer then most consultants. Communication from 'the office' to consultants is problematicly difficult. Not showing reality through a 'good news radio show' these days. Burden consultants with tasks belonging to internall staf (eg. finding a project as consultant is your own responsibility) Very few of the promises made when starting to work for them were actually made true over a course of multiple years.
