Pros

there are none! if i could give negative stars i would, this is the worst company i ever worked for!

Cons

where do i start.... the pay is a joke, salary is way below industry standard and good luck with making any comission, the entire management staff is run by family and friends of family who are the only employees who have any tenure, no one else has been there over 3 months! there is absolutely no job security! they will threaten your job in front of the entire staff at any time, or management will give a "speech" which is in essence threatening your job once again and this is daily by the way, they will also have mandatory work lunches 3 days a week, unpaid and lunch is not provided and they will get upset with you if you have something you need to take care of on your lunch break! there is a revolving door of new people being hired, turnover is through the roof because this company is a con! people will either quit shortly after starting realizing the job is nothing like management said or they fire people within the first month! I would definitely stay away from this company you will surely regret it!

Pros

There are none. Wait, you can pay to use the small company kitchen? You could like being micromanaged to the point where you are recorded and clocked daily. You could like being disregarded when there are less than 20 ppl in office, including the CEO.

Cons

After recruiting for numerous years, this place is the biggest joke. It's not only the managers, it's the entire company. It appears to be a con due to the fact you are collecting and giving away data and market information you received. After being hired, noticed the only people actually happy there had been on board more than 3+. New hires hated the role. That says enough. However it's still a good point to mention that there are a million recruiting companies. DO NOT GO HERE. Don't waste your time or future in a "program" designed to make you collect for the senior manger, who then makes a profit for the CEO in very small company. You're able to witness the unethical behavior right in front you.

Good for rookie recruiters

Pros

You'll get hands-on training / micro-managing, stay for about 1 year then progress to a larger company.

Cons

Management is skewed - People are stuck in their ways and do not give rookies a chance if you don't stand up for yourself. Some managers are better than others.
