      Wfh You may get better salary if you are willing to be available at any time and dont want worklife balance

      Cons

      Zero worklife balance They expect you to work overtime without any additional overtime in return you will get leaves that needs permission to be used and half of which will be deducted on 6 months very worst company

      Pros

      I got to work with various python libraries and framework which helped me improve my technical and problem-solving skills specially in fields of GenAI and Computer Vision. The team was supportive, approachable, and always encouraged learning. The work environment was professional yet friendly.
