Pros
Most of the people were great, but the culture of the company was shoved down your throat in a concerning way at times. Felt a bit like you were in a cult at times.
Cons
At times it felt as if you were in middle school with judgment on everything you based on the "popular" leaders perception. Focus was way too much on personality assessments vs what the employee can actually do.
