You're right that the pace of change in both our industry and the regulatory landscape is real. We see it as part of what makes the work meaningful, but we recognise it isn't for everyone. Your advice on market segmentation is well-taken and something we think about a lot. Knowing exactly where we can win best is key to focusing our energy in the right places!
