BEWARE!! WORST Fraud and scam company EVER!! DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY! One of the worst and pathetic company, and known by multiple names/LoBs like EVC Ventures, CampusEAI, EVC Labs, OculusIT, BlackBelt Help (BBH), QuickLaunch, UniFyed etc. If you are thinking to go for interview, 100% you will get selected. Once you are selected they will ask you to come for offer sign , then you will all of sudden come to know that you have sign a bond of 3 years with 3-4 lakh Rs as security and you will be asked to submit a cheque. Remember when your cheque has submitted to them then the biggest mistake you did of your whole life. Their management, HR department, and legal team always on a top when it comes to employees harassment.They cut down employees salary unnecessary and when you fight for your rights they will threat you for legal action also they will fire you. Bond oriented company. No job security. Hiring and firing is their daily business. The company's management is very unprofessional and like roadside blackmailer. Its a family business. They will grill you like anything once you join the organization, they simply want work needs to be done. They don't have any process, even their employee handbook keeps changing on regular basis as suited by them. They make there employee bounded labor. They trap you in a bond and legal cases. They force you for a ransom kind of situation so that you will pay between ₹240000 to ₹400000 to leave company or they will file cases against you and show you absconded to ruin your experience. You will find all negative reviews for this company. All have explained that how they all are in very bad condition. They feel like hell and bounded labor, threatened and looted. They are micromanaged. No leaves, No breaks, No overtime however you have to do extended and weekend shifts, No cab or transportation facility or allowance. Even your quarterly bonus will be deducted without any reason. They will promise you that you will get you PA timely but you won't get single penny of your PA amount. All the good comments you see are their fake feedback. These are not from the US team. In fact their employees get alias names when on-boarded. And all good comment over here from those employees with alias name. HR team here in India with pseudo/fake names trying hard to improve the ratings. Decide your priorities first. if money is your top most priority, go and join them but if you are professional and you know well how MNC works then you should consider few factors that are extremely and equally important for us like peace, work life balance, flexibility, work environment etc and you won't get this jewels at here. so better to just stay away from this trap. before joining them try to get feedback from Ex-employee I will not recommend anyone to join this organization. Every single minute you will feel humiliated, pressurized and full of tension. You want to see the reality, go check the existing employees there. People join this company and leave in few months. That is why most of the IT work is also done by the vendors. Jail can be better than this organization. If you want to join , join at your own risk. But it will simply be waste of time , money and your efforts.
