This was a dream job and dream company for a long time. Management was helpful and supportive. Everything we did together was a joy and you looked forward to meetings.
New leadership has come in and all the culture that was built up is gone. This went from a Customer Success job to a Customer Retention job. Forecasting is 90% of the job, and if your forecast or renewal is not perfect...you will be looking in from outside.
If you are not able to get into the NYC office frequently, do NOT expect advancement in this company. Promises for advancement will never be honored unless you are in the NYC office and cozy up to leadership.
