-Employer holds portion of your rate/salary and never pays you that amount -Be ready to lose decent portion of salary -There is no policy manual and employer defines policies dynamically to their benefit -Don't join the firm on H1B visa or on hourly rate basis -Need to follow up multiple times with management on salary grievances -Very few clients and you need to look for a new project on your own
