Pros

* Remote work is the norm * Variety of assignments and clients (Training, Workshops, Consultants) * Collaborative and friendly environment, like a family and very welcoming * Lots of learning in Business Intelligence * Challenging Technical Work

Cons

* It's a small company and it's like a family in that everybody knows everybody. * The whole company is focused on delivering Business Intelligence consulting and training using the Microsoft Platform ( Power BI , Power Query, Azure)... If you are interested in either doing that directly or supporting that, then great! Otherwise, maybe not the best place for you * Highly geared towards experienced hires that have already learned the ropes and are relatively independent

Pros

Supportive & intelligent co-workers, plenty of varied engagement opportunities, open-door communication policy, flexible schedules, fully remote, decent salary & benefits, constantly working to grow & improve, no micro-management, paid professional development, value-driven culture, strong sales incentives.

Cons

Fully remote (yes a pro & con) - lack of team/company meet-ups, not the highest base salaries in the industry, incentives can feel lopsided sometimes, some leadership growing pains, limited career growth opportunities since it's still a small company - but they've continued to grow over time.

Pros

I love getting to work at P3. One of the things that I love most is the culture. I have seen and experience each day a sense of trust, real collaboration, and mutual respect. I get to work with incredibly talented people who are not only masters of their craft, but who are also supportive, approachable, and just great people. There's also a great sense of teamwork. Any time someone has a question, or needs help with something, multiple people respond by being ready, willing, and able to help, and share their hard-earned knowledge. I personally feel empowered to do my job and I'm very grateful to get to work alongside an amazing team.

Cons

In terms of Cons, here is my answer. There is a saying that I heard several years ago from John Maxwell where he said that we should get so good at our strengths that are weaknesses become irrelevant. That's the way I feel about P3. For me, P3's strengths as a company are so good, that it makes its weaknesses irrelevant to me.
