      - Awesome work culture - Great colleagues - Work/life balance - Flexible hours - Autonomy

      Cons

      - Lack of communication from management - Management lacks experience in leading and motivating staff - Staff are often left to their own devices - Management has no career progression or development plans for staff - Salaries are not competitive - Hires very young people with zero experience and expects them to 'figure it out themselves'

      - open workspace, no hierarchy - flexible timings - annual trips, monthly cohesions - friendly people - ample opportunity to learn and grow, company changes and adapts new technologies very fast - they always consider your viewpoint, you will be having control of your modules, sense of ownership will be there. - no lags in decision makings.

      - sudden restructure changes, without any warnings - office lacks, basic stuff
