The owner is a very inspiring and creative person but unfortunately very oldschool if it comes to running the business. He doesn't trust his department heads and is involved in each single decision which is holding the company back from moving forward
PS has a great product and almost infinite potential in this market. They present themselves pretty well. Co-workers are very helpful. Great team.
Cons
All true decision-makers live in the netherlands. There is a huge gap (mentally) between both offices. The german office depend on processes that do not fit the market or team. Salary is a extremely low in comparison to other consultancies.
