Pros

There’s a 5 word minimum here and I have none.

Cons

Management hierarchy is a confusing mess. Toxic, soul sucking environment from the top down. The longer you work here, the more responsibilities you will be given - but your pay will not change. If you manage to last 2 years, and you ask nicely, you’ll get a 25 cent raise. Employee favoritism is an issue, dress code can be broken habitually by certain individuals. CEO is an insufferable billionaire who petrifies everyone in the office. Healthcare isn’t affordable at all especially if you have kids. Building has extremely poor security. Co-workers are unhygienic, often leaving stray fecal matter, boogers, and even whole pairs of underwear on the bathroom floors. Kitchen is always a mess as nobody cleans up after themselves. The Christmas party is a joke and a waste of money, all so that the CEO can hear himself talk into a mic for 45 minutes straight. During the Corona Virus shutdown, this company chose to lay off half of their employees.

Pros

There are no Pros for this poorly run company

Cons

Unprofessional, Toxic environment with over worked under paid employees. Poor training, verbal altercations, poor management, employees not treated the same with a high turnover. Rules and regulations on different standards were not included. Training consisted of being handed a white binder with instructions on some basic input. Degrading and negative atmosphere, Another one bites the dust is played when someone is let go or quits. There is a betting game played to see when the next person exits the company using a red framed whiteboard. There is also an unfair payment system amongst the departments.

Pros

Low level employees are friendly and attempt to work as a group.

Cons

Where to start, management is horrible and as other people have posted gossip over Skype and are more than happy to have someone fired over a personal disputed rather than work out the issue. Four of the five members of upper management will back stab you in a heartbeat and blame you for user related issues. There are no processes or procedures to speak of only what upper management decides on a whim. Employee turn around is horrible as the head of the company believes everyone is just a name on a piece of paper. I would not recommend this job to anyone outside of getting a year and leave for the experience.
