Pros
All ok if your face fits thankfully mines didn't. Everything is false and marketing all made up and its impossoble to leave them 5 stat reviews. Expect staff to work constantly without any extra renumeration.
Cons
So now you have heard the good part..ops managers is not approachable. Service Manager doesn't have a clue what's she I'm doing and is used as a marketing tool. They con the staff to thinking they are nice until they turn on you. Don't trust them even wages on the adverts are unachievable from top employees.

Professional company that really cares for its staff. They really care for the staff and the management are really helpful if you need support with anything. I would recommend them.
