      Pros

      great work place for learning and development. lots of opportunity to grow and be in contact with senior team members.

      Cons

      lots of last minute work and emergency response which sometimes requires travel. Not necessarily a con but it could be a something some people would not be interested in.

      Good and friendly environment but pay is low compared to other environmental consultants. Nice life balance

      Cons

      Very low salaries. You may work some weekends
