Major issues with confidentiality for personnel and client information
Small (4-5) partnership group, with passive expectation that employees are workaholics - female lead partner (whose a workaholic) has little to no patience for staff development/learning, and seems more concerned revenue the firm generates.
Firm's portrayal of diversity/willingness to distinguish themselves versus other firms (i.e. more open bilingual/Anglophone environment) ; really is a facade when internal team meetings are singularly held in French, no?
A lot of travel expectations for staff, so if you have a family or personal life; not well suited
Well-intentioned project managers; but lack of business processes in place - you are supposed to figure out what you need to do, little to no direction
Very clear favouritism and preferential treatment for some and not all staff
