Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the exceptional talent we have at Planview. I want to address your concerns about innovation and clarify some important initiatives we have undertaken. While strategic acquisitions are part of our growth strategy, we have made significant investments in organic innovation. Over the past few years, we've increased our engineering headcount to support investments across our product portfolio. Our commitment to fostering innovation is also evidenced by our widely successful annual Hackathon, which generates many innovations that make it into product roadmaps. We've also implemented Innovation Days and Innovation Sprints, where teams can explore new ideas and technologies on a more regular cadence. These initiatives have already produced several promising projects that are part of our strategy. Gartner recently positioned us again as a Leader in their Magic Quadrant, specifically highlighting our pace of innovation and delivery to the market. We are even more excited about current innovations in our AI platform and modernized data architecture. We encourage our team members to participate in all our innovation programs and are excited about the future of Planview!
