      Great team to work with. Quick options for learning and development. Company culture is great and hybrid working is accepted, although the new office is also great.

      Can become very busy at times on certain products.

      Coming into my 6th year at the company, stayed here for so long due to the excellent company culture, brilliant leadership, and doing work that makes a tangible impact to vulnerable households across the UK. In the sales team you joing a tight group of colleagues with an inspiring leader, we all support each other to achieve our individual success. You also get the unique opportunity to speak with high level stakeholders across multiple sectors, the experiences you gain from your work is excellent.

      Cons

      A lot of spinning plates with multiple products and multiple targeted sectors, which are the usual challenges of a booming SME. If you're capable and dedicated you will excel
