      Pros

      You get to learn many different things as they are a service integrator. Get to have touch on not only IT but AV aspect as well

      Cons

      Fast pace and you get a lot of work thrown to you. Manpower < Load. You have very little colleagues but a lot of load to fulfill

      Pros

      Lots of long-term workers who've been with the company over 8 years, which show's long-term career growth. The team members are jolly & know how to keep the office morale up.

      Cons

      Nothing is given without something in return, training for your role can sometimes be tough. You could 2 days orientation/training or 2 weeks depending on resource availability. Not much consistency. Sometimes to get what you want you may need to go through lots of different colleagues to get an answer/support.
