Not much to mention on the pros, some colleagues were nice but the overall experience declined over the years. The only positive benefit offered is the private health insurance.

Cons

Lack of flexibility in terms of working arrangements. If you have any health issues there is no understanding from management and HR for reasonable adjustments. There is an expectation to go above and beyond without any recognition or extra compensation. There are very toxic expectations from management and everyone is expected to work to the detriment of their health and private life.
