Huge inequality throughout the office, some teams are paid much more than others. The campaign team works a lot of overtime that's not compensated. Lots of mismanagement and poor processes meant a lot of mistakes happened that required extra work to fix/cover up. No real communication from senior management. Also pay wasn't transparent and a female colleague of mine discovered she was paid thousands less than her equal male counterpart.

Avoid - Unless your single and want a good time not a long time. Office management has no idea how to run a business. Office staff unprofessional. They do not invest in their people or development and HR is a joke. Wouldn't bother, try a bigger company. Sometimes communication breakdown/isn't clear. Some individual's inappropriate behaviours may not have been managed closely by management, resulting in a negative & unhealthy experience for some of the staff. Management are aware but yet to rectify. Some staff employed due to "who you know" rather than what.
