In this fast-paced, young and dynamic environment it's pretty normal to see some turnover of people. For sure we don’t like losing our best talents, but we are proud to be the sprint-board for whoever wants to make an advanced step towards their career. Our salary ranges are based on the market benchmark and respect the principle of internal equity. We offer meal vouchers, free coffee in the office, access to an internal library, English and Italian courses, Friday beer and immigration support for people coming from outside Italy. We’re not perfect but we work hard every day to improve more. For sure we would like to improve our compensation&benefit package in the future!
