During my interviews, Prospect 33 placed a lot of focus on my career goals, and what I wanted to achieve while working with them. This allowed them to put me forward for positions which were well suited to my skills and ambitions. I throughly enjoyed my placement, and it was the perfect fit for me. Prospect 33 is a global firm and I was fortunate to be placed in Singapore. The international network provides opportunities to work in America, Asia and Europe which is fantastic! When placed at the client, I had very little engagement with Prospect 33, however they were always on hand to answer any queries I had. This suited me, as it showed that Prospect 33 trusted and placed a lot of faith in me to represent the company while on placement. Prospect 33 also have a training programme, and offered training sessions if there was any aspect of my role which I needed further help understanding. Prospect 33 is an extremely transparent company. I was able to meet with the CEOs and senior directors several times during the time that I worked with Prospect 33. This ability to speak to senior management and understand the vision, meant that I felt as though I was really a part of the team and I was able to understand the company's strategy and work towards furthering this.

The training environment at the bank where I was placed was great, and the whole team made me feel welcome straightaway. John Frost, who reached out with the role, communicated well and always followed through. I'm really glad I took the opportunity because I learned so much about financial services and investment bank products.
