      Pros

      I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect before joining RAC, but it’s turned out to be a fantastic experience. I’ve joined a truly great team, everyone is supportive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The people here make a huge difference, and there’s a genuine sense of collaboration across the organisation. The work culture is excellent, with a strong focus on both professional growth and work-life balance. On top of that, the overall package and benefits are very competitive, which makes it an even better place to work. I’d definitely recommend RAC.

      Cons

      As with many growing organisations, some processes and tools are still evolving/maturing. So there's lots to be done to get these smoothed out and tuned.

      Pros

      Appreciated within team. Feedback supportive and uplifting. Work is a team effort not a pointing fingers if something doesn’t go the right way. Friendly family feel within the company. Found no toxicity at all. Manager genuinely cares about work life balance and you as an individual. Very diverse Work is varied and keeps you busy and part of bringing the company onwards and up.

      Great benefits and rewards, company and colleague support the best I have experienced from any company and very flexible working conditions.

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment, but that could be a positive for people who like being kept busy!

      The fast-paced environment can be demanding at times, but it also helps you learn quickly and build resilience. High standards mean expectations are strong, which can be challenging, but it pushes employees to grow and perform at a higher level.

      Pros

      The RAC offers a clear and focused strategic direction from its leadership team, which has helped the organisation deliver consistent year‑on‑year growth. Pay is fair, and the annual bonus recognises the hard work and commitment employees put in. The culture is genuinely welcoming, supported by passionate colleagues who make the company a great place to work. It’s a fast‑paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop, and contribute. As a heritage brand with a long-standing reputation, it’s an organisation I’m proud to be part of.

      Cons

      While there are additional employee benefits available, some of the caps are relatively low, and the employer pension contribution could be more competitive. The consistently fast‑paced environment, although energising, can feel exhausting during peak periods. The business is also run very lean, which drives efficiency but can add to this pressure at times.
