Several hostile and fake personalities in the office make it a tough place to work. Very little true engineering involved in the role, there is zero scope for creativity. The role is largely consultancy with some administrative work but the job title and salary does not follow. Salary progression is nonexistent. A graduates starting salary is way below the market average and the niche skills acquired could make it exceptionally hard to leave if you were to stay more than a year or two. Would nkt recommend as a place to start your career. Avoid.

Very low pay, little WFH options, overworked staff, layoffs, lack of stability, poor reputation with clients, no culture, few perks, old school management styles, few opportunities to grow, nepotism, the list goes on and on.
