Penticton is a beautiful place.
Cons
In my opinion: Owner is an arrogant know it all, with poor attitude and anger issues. City Hall will have their hands full with this guy. Surrounds himself with "Yes" people.

Pros
The company is very fast during the hiring process (a bit too fast?) and offers a very competitive salary. It is also at a great location, easily accessible.
Cons
Working in marketing is a real struggle at this company because of extremely poor inter-company communication. Employees are also monitored there and everyone at an open office can see your screen.
